Terms and Conditions

This is an agreement between you, the client, and CheapHostZone.com, the provider. CheapHostZone.com provides web hosting services which are governed by this Terms of Service.

CheapHostZone.com services are available to individual consumers and businesses, howsoever, as an individual or a representative for your business you or your business must comply with our Terms of Service.

Account Setup / Email on file

We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) incase of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. In dedicated server purchases or high risk transactions, it will be necessary to provide government issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for the purchase. If you fail to meet these requirements, the order may be considered fraudulent in nature and be denied.

Content

All services provided by CheapHostZone.com should be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States and/or any other countries law is prohibited. 

1.  The Account Holder of CheapHostZone.com’s services are prohibited from storing or posting adult content, or links to adult content, through the subscribed service. All material of pornographic nature is considered adult content. Online image galleries whose primary purpose is the public display of fine art or artistic mediums are not considered to be adult content.
2.  The e-mail distribution by the Account Holder of "SPAM", "JUNK MAIL", or "UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL E-MAIL", is expressly prohibited. If the Account Holder refuses to remove any advertising or other third party content deemed objectionable by CheapHostZone.com, CheapHostZone.com may terminate the services being provided to the Account Holder.
3.  Illegality in any form, including but not limited to activities such as unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other intellectual properties, violation of U.S. export restrictions, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, and other illegal activities. 
4.  Illegal Use, including but not limited to transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, indecent, intolerant, racist, defamatory, or constitutes an illegal threat. This includes but is not limited to pirated software, hacking programs or archives, warez and mp3 sites and IRC bots. CheapHostZone.com is the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. 
5. Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples include, but are not limited to the following: unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of a systems security or authentication measures, data or traffic. Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks. Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an e-mail or a newsgroup posting. Running of proxy services of any kind is also strictly prohibited.
6. It is a violation for anyone who, including but not limited to, employs posts or programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space, permits the use of mail services, mail forwarding capabilities, POP accounts, or auto responders other than for their own account; or resale of access to CGI scripts installed on our servers.
7. CheapHostZone.com strictly prohibits the use of certain scripts such as IRC, Proxy, SSH, Telnet, or any other script which may overwhelm server resources due to the inherent nature of the script itself or by defect in the coding of the script. If a user script is found to be in violation of this clause, or is found to be overwhelming system resources, the user may be requested to remove the script, or in cases of system resource abuse, it may be removed without prior warning and/or the user account may be suspended for further review.
8. Account Holder agrees not to provide free services such as free hosting, free subdomains or free email accounts. Account holders found violating this section will be terminated immediately and all payments forfeited.
9. Any attempts to undermine, slander, libel, threaten, or cause harm to a CheapHostZone server, customer, employee, or the company directly is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination without refund. In addition, we will pursue all attempts to the fullest extent of the law.
   

Cancellations and Refunds

CheapHostZone reserves the right to cancel the account at any time with or without notice. 

Customers may cancel at any time via a cancellation form.  Account Holders can receive a refund if account is cancelled within the initial 30 days after sign up. If the account holder cancels after the time period specified, there will be no refund given. We will deduct 5.5% of the total amount (billing processor fee) + $2 (credit card processing fee) before initiating the refund. Refunds do NOT apply to dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates or domain registration related fees. Important: If the client cancels within the first 30 days and have registered new domain names with us during this time period, CheapHostZone.com will charge the client $10 one time per domain name if he/she does not wish to continue with the domain name transfer ($18 per transfer). This is to prevent abuse of our free domain name(s) service.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.

Right of refusal

CheapHostZone.com has the right to refuse services to anyone at our discretion.

90% or more of your content on your website must be linked from an HTML or similarly coded web page where all content is freely available to the public. Your website consists of web pages of a standard design, essentially HTML based text and graphics. Downloadable files, media, streaming content or any file which consumes more than 500kb of space must not exceed 10% of your total used disk quota.
